Children’s Aid largest Medical Camp in the history of Sangla Hill
adminOn November 3, 2024, we organized the Children’s Aid Medical Camp in Sangla Hill to connect with the people and offer them basic healthcare facilities. This camp was organized to cater to deprived families who do not have easy access to medical care.
We offered a number of services to meet the requirements of the people:
General Health Check-Ups: This enabled people to know their general health status and detect early signs of any disease.
Pediatric Care: Children were given special care and treatment for healthy growth and development.
Eye and Dental Check-up: Eye tests were performed for checking any problem related to vision, and a dental check-up was taken as an event for tackling the generally neglected oral health.
In total, in this project we arranged 27 specialist doctors for the 15 different medical professions. where we checked 1300 + patients and gave free medicines and test facilities
Organized by Children’s Aid in partnership with local health workers and community volunteers, this camp was one step closer to achieving a healthier Sangla Hill.
Children’s Aid aims to reduce preventable diseases and enhance the general well-being of Sangla Hill’s population.
