Every day, Children’s Aid provides free, freshly cooked meals to vulnerable individuals and families across Pakistan, India, Kenya, Bangladesh and Gaza, helping fight hunger and ensuring that no one is left without food.
In Pakistan and Gaza, we deliver this initiative through our Barakah Kitchen programme, while in India, Kenya and Bangladesh, meals are distributed directly through Children’s Aid.
Meal costs vary by country. In some locations, just £1 can feed two people, while in others, providing a single meal costs more.
Every donation goes into our shared Hot Meals Fund, allowing us to provide free meals wherever the need is greatest across these five countries.

In Gaza, countless families are struggling to find their next meal. Ongoing conflict, displacement and food shortages have made access to food a daily challenge, especially for children and vulnerable families.
Children’s Aid is providing freshly cooked hot meals on a daily basis, reaching families who need them most. But the need remains urgent, and your support can help us reach even more people.
Your donation can bring food, comfort and hope to families facing hunger in Gaza.
