Our Global Emergencies fund was established to help families and communities recover in times of strife, providing immediate assistance and relief to communities affected by crises, disasters, conflicts, and emergencies around the world.
In response to global emergencies, we take swift and coordinated action to provide critical humanitarian aid and relief. We mobilise resources and collaborate with local and international partners to assess and address the immediate needs of affected communities. Our response encompasses delivering essential supplies, such as food, clean water, shelter, and medical assistance, while also offering support for long-term recovery and resilience-building.
With our donors help we have so far provided life-saving humanitarian aid to refugees in Afghanistan and Syria, earthquake victims in Turkey and Morocco and flood victims in Pakistan and Bangladesh. We continue to provide ongoing aid to affected communities in Palestine.
