Access to clean and safe water remains one of the most urgent challenges for families in Gaza. Ongoing displacement and damage to water infrastructure have made it increasingly difficult for communities to access sufficient water for their daily needs.
Children’s Aid responded to this urgent need by providing a 3,500-litre water tank in North Gaza, bringing clean water closer to families and helping reduce the difficulties they face in accessing safe water.
This support has provided immediate relief to more than 350 people, including children and families who continue to depend on humanitarian assistance for their basic needs.
For families in Gaza, access to clean water is essential for drinking, cooking, hygiene, and everyday life. Water shortages continue to place vulnerable families, particularly children, at greater risk of illness and poor living conditions.
Many communities still need reliable access to clean drinking water, water tanks, and other essential water and sanitation support.
